Overview

Fleet Ready handles compliance-critical fleet and driver data. Security is built into the platform architecture — not added as an afterthought.

Infrastructure

• EU-hosted cloud infrastructure
• Network isolation between application and database tiers
• Automated security patching for managed services

Application security

• TLS encryption for all web and API traffic
• Role-based access — operators, managers, and drivers see only what their role permits
• Session management and authentication controls for operator accounts
• Audit logs for compliance-relevant actions (checks, defects, exports)

Operational security

Production access is restricted to authorised engineers. Changes are tracked. Customer data is not used for development or testing without anonymisation or explicit consent.

Offline driver checks

Tablet walkaround checks save locally when offline and sync when connectivity returns. Local data is stored on managed devices under the operator's control.

Incident response

We maintain procedures to detect, contain, and notify customers of security incidents affecting personal data. Report concerns to info@sarsfield.ie.
