GDPR

Data protection for Fleet Ready

Our approach

Fleet Ready is designed for GDPR compliance from the ground up: data minimisation, purpose limitation, secure processing, and clear roles between SARSFIELD and fleet operators.

Roles

Data controller: the transport operator (customer) determines why and how driver, vehicle, and compliance data is processed.

Data processor: SARSFIELD processes customer data solely to deliver Fleet Ready under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Technical measures

Organisational measures

Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel. Staff handling customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations. Sub-processors are assessed and documented in our DPA.

Data subject requests

Drivers and other individuals should contact their employer (the operator) as controller. Operators may contact SARSFIELD at info@sarsfield.ie for platform-level assistance. Website visitors may contact us directly for demo-enquiry data.

Breach notification

We notify affected customers without undue delay where a personal data breach is likely to result in risk to individuals, in line with GDPR Article 33.

Data Processor Agreement (GDPR Article 28)

A standard Data Processing Agreement, aligned with GDPR Article 28, is available on request for Fleet Ready customers. Contact info@sarsfield.ie.

Controller: the transport operator. Processor: Sarsfield Mobility Limited, Shannon, County Clare, Ireland.
