This is the contract you tick at Stripe Checkout. Stripe is the payment processor. The Stripe subscription and each Stripe invoice are the billing records of this Agreement. A demo request on this website is not a paid contract.
This Agreement is between Sarsfield Mobility Limited (“Sarsfield”) of Shannon, County Clare, Ireland, and the person or company named at Stripe Checkout (“you”).
You form this Agreement by completing Stripe Checkout and ticking that you accept these terms. That tick is your signature.
You buy a monthly seat for each vehicle on the record in Fleet Ready. One vehicle, one seat. That is the whole software product.
You may add, swap, or drop seats at any time from the operator desk. You pay for the seats on the record in each billing period.
This Agreement is a 12-month rolling contract, billed monthly. The first 12-month period starts on the date of the first payment. At the end of each 12-month period it rolls for a further 12 months unless you have ended it under clause 8.
Sarsfield supplies one mobile Bluetooth tachograph card reader for every five bus or HGV seats then on the record. Van, car and LGV seats do not count. Four of those seats get none; five get one; ten get two.
The reader is loaned for the term of this Agreement and remains Sarsfield property. If the bus and HGV count falls below a band of five, extra readers are returned. On ending the Agreement, all readers are returned.
There is no free trial. Email info@sarsfield.ie within 30 days of the first payment for the software fee back. If you take that refund, this Agreement ends and any reader already supplied is returned.
The monthly rates including VAT are €19.99 (Ireland) or £19.99 (Britain) for a van seat, and €29.99 (Ireland) or £29.99 (Britain) for a bus or HGV seat. Ireland is billed in euro. Britain is billed in pounds. The tachograph reader in clause 4 is included in those seat fees. It is not a separate Stripe line.
Add. When you add a plate, a seat is added to the Stripe subscription from that day and is invoiced (prorated) for the remainder of the current period.
Swap. When you change the plate on an existing seat, you keep the same seat. The price does not change. You are not billed a second seat for the swap.
Drop. You may drop a seat at any time. You remain liable for that seat until the end of the current 30-day billing period. The seat then ends. Dropping a seat is not a cancellation of this Agreement.
To end the whole subscription you must email info@sarsfield.ie at least 30 days before the current 12-month period ends. There is no cancel control in the app, on Checkout, or on a Stripe customer portal. After we receive that email we stop the subscription at the end of the current 12-month period. You pay for the seats then on the record until that date.
Stripe issues the tax invoice for each period. The hosted Stripe invoice is the VAT invoice. Card failure locks the account until Stripe collects.
Fleet Ready is a records and workflow system aligned with RSA and DVSA practice. The statutes and agency texts it is written against are listed, with official links, on RSA and DVLA law. It does not replace legal advice or a transport manager’s duties. Live location uses the phone while the driver app is open. A fitted tracker is not required.
You must not misuse the service, submit false particulars, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
To the extent permitted by Irish law, Sarsfield is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
